Information we collect
Through our forms: your first and last name, your email address, a mobile number if you give one, the topic you pick and any message you write. For each consent box you tick we also record the time, the page, your IP address and your browser type, so we can show when and where you agreed.
We do not ask for your vehicle identification number, your address or your insurance details, and you do not need to send them.
How we use it
To answer your message, to send the text messages you chose, to keep a record of your consent and opt-outs, and to keep our forms free of spam. Those are the only uses we make of it.
Your mobile number and text consent
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. Our SMS terms explain both programmes.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you are signed up or while we are answering you. When you ask us to remove them, we delete them within thirty days, apart from the record of your consent and opt-out, which we keep for as long as we may need to show it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by email or phone. We answer within thirty days. Residents of some states have additional rights under state law, which we respect.
Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled servers. We collect as little as the service needs, because the safest information is information we never hold.
Children
Our forms are meant for adults, and we do not knowingly accept details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date above will change. If a change affects information you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect.
